For four nights each summer, the entire family gathers for the Annual Christ the King Cathedral Bible Festival, a week long study on a different book of the Bible. From Monday through Thursday, parishioners of all ages gather for a nightly meal (prepared by a different parish organization each night), followed by sung prayer and faith sharing.
Then, everyone from three year olds to 103 year olds break into various meeting spaces for age appropriate study, discussion and activities. The adults and youth are always enriched with outstanding presenters, different ones each night. The younger kids enjoy songs, skits, arts and crafts and age appropriate study of the Bible.
Bible Festival includes meals, prayer, fellowship and fun for all ages and it is designed for parent(s) to attend with their child(ren). The Bible Festival is usually offered the second week of June. Watch for sign up information in the bulletin each spring! You don't want to miss Bible Festival - a Christ the King Cathedral tradition!
